Dr. Van Zant and his wife, Melinda, have four children - Ariel, Tyler, Travis and Garrett.  Their family pets include Shadow, Simpkin, Jerry and Patrick.  They are members of the First Baptist Church and enjoy family camping trips, football, soccer and ACC basketball.  Dr. Van Zant joined Nash OB-GYN Associates in 1998.
