Congratulations, you're pregnant!
Learn the most current information about prenatal care and ways to promote a healthy pregnancy. Topics include:
- Nutrition & Exercise Guidelines
- Food Safety
- Adjusting to Pregnancy
- Physical & Emotional Changes
- When to Contact Your Health Provider
You and your support person will benefit most from this one-session class if taken as early in your pregnancy as possible. This two-hour class is recommended to be taken during the first 20 weeks of pregnancy.
