Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 4:30pm. During the hours of 12:30 to 1:30pm emergency only calls can be handled. Our office receives numerous calls and each one is very important to us. Therefore, we thank you in advance for your patience as we work to answer all calls to our office. We encourage you to call during office hours concerning any problems or questions when the staff have access to your medical record and are better able to assist you. A Triage Nurse is available each day to assist you. |

Our fees are competitively priced with other OB-GYN practices in our geographic area. Payment is expected at the time of service and this includes all co-pays and deductibles. Cash, personal check, VISA and MasterCard are accepted by our office.

A Triage Nurse is available to assist you with any questions or concerns each day from 8:00am until 12:30pm and then again from 1:30pm until 4:30pm. |

| Any request for medication refills must be made through our Nurse Call Line during regular office hours when your medical record is available. We do not make telephone diagnoses or prescribe medications by telephone for problems not currently being treated. |

| Limited on-site laboratory services are provided in our office. Tests not available on-site are sent to a larger reference lab and results are typically available to physicians within 24 hours. Services provided by the reference lab are billed directly by the reference lab to you or your insurance. |

| Bone Density or Dexa scans are available to you in our office. We are pleased to offer this screening device in order to provide more complete preventive care services to our patients. |

| Ultrasounds assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of various obstetrical and gynecological problems. This technology is useful not only for monitoring the status and progress of fetal development, but also in assessing other pelvic issues or concerns. |
