Our triage nurses are available to assist with any questions or concerns that our established patients may have each day during regular business hours. The triage nurses can be contacted by phone call or by a secured message from your patient portal. Please note that although patients are able to send a portal message 24 hours a day, the messages are only monitored during our normal business hours.
All portal messages are first reviewed by our triage nurses. Once receiving your portal message, the triage nurses will respond using approved protocols or will forward the message to your physician for review. Only non-urgent questions or concerns should be sent through the patient portal. For any urgent questions, we recommend that you call the office and speak directly with our triage nurses.
