Important Information About Your Delivery Care
YOUR DELIVERY CARE
We want to keep you informed with an update about the caring professionals who may be part of your baby’s delivery.
Starting January 1, 2026, the provider who delivers your baby will be the one on call that day. This could be:

-
A Nash Ob-Gyn doctor, or
-
A midwife and doctor from the Obstetrics Hospitalist Group (OBHG), who are specially trained in delivering babies.
Don’t worry — you’ll still see your regular Nash Ob-Gyn team during your pregnancy visits. Also, if you are scheduled for a C-section, Dr. Bullerdick, Dr. Hancock, or Dr. Peyton will continue to perform those.
We appreciate your trust and are here for you every step of the way: we are committed to giving you and your baby the best care possible.
If you have any questions, please reach out through the patient portal, give us a call, or talk to us at your next visit.
OBSTETRICS HOSPITALIST GROUP (OBHG)
Nash OB/Gyn is committed to providing safe, high-quality care throughout your pregnancy. To ensure 24/7 delivery coverage for our community, the hospital partners with the Obstetrics Hospitalist Group (OBHG) to support labor and delivery care.

While Nash OB/Gyn physicians still deliver babies with limited assigned availability, your delivery may be managed by an OBHG team that includes a certified nurse midwife and a physician. Your prenatal care with Nash OB/Gyn is not changing.
