Beginning November 2023, we will begin using the Athena Self Check-in process available through our electronic health record system, AthenaOne. About a week before your scheduled appointment, you can initiate self check-in from your reminder email/text message or from your patient portal.

By using self check-in, you will make your in office check-in easier by updating your contact information, pharmacy preference, electronically sign any necessary consent forms and update your health history before you arrive. Many of our patients are familiar with our former self check-in system, Phreesia, and while Athena may look a little different, we hope the transition to our new process will be an easy one for you.
